All Black Fathers Exist shirts are printed on soft ringspun cotton and categorized by Men, Women, Infants, Toddler, Kids, and Teens. 

• Our shirts are true to size. 
• Men shirts range from Small to 5XL.
• Women shirts range from Small to 3XL.  Shirts are unisex; we recommend that you size down for a slimmer fit.
• Infant & Toddler shirts range from 6 months to 5T. 
• Kids shirts range from XS to XL.
• Teen shirts range from Adult Small to 3XL. 

All preorders are a way to secure an item before the official release. Please understand that pre ordered items will be shipped 3 weeks after the initial purchase.  Plus an additional 3-5 days for delivery.

All apparel purchased on "SALE"or "PREORDERS" at Black Fathers Exist are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Previously purchased items are ineligible for current promos.

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.  We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal & Sezzle. 

Note: that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.

Pre-Shipment means that the shipping process for your order has begun. Your order will continue to be updated once your package has been scanned by USPS. Do not be alarmed. It is common for an order to be placed under pre-shipment for multiple days. We ask that you please contact customer support only if your order has extended the time of the estimated shipment of 14 days. 

In-Transits means the order is on its way from the outlet to its destination. If you see that the order has been in transit for a long period of time, contact via the shipping company your order is being shipped by.

Standard shipping for orders are shipped only via First Class Mail which takes up to an estimated of 5-7 days depending on the destination of drop-off.

Shipping destinations:

• We ship in the United States via USPS. 
• We also ship world wide.

Shipping times:

• Standard local orders take 3-7 business days to be delivered after shipment.
• International orders take 10-30 business days to be delivered due to Covid-19.
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost:

• Orders over $75 will receive free shipping.
• Orders under $75 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

Tracking Number:

Once your order has been shipped from our facility to the post office, your package will be scanned by the post office and you will be sent a tracking number that will allow you to follow the process of your order. 

If your package is lost in the mail or is shown to be delivered to the shipping address, you must file a claim with USPS by using the link below:

You must email us a copy of the claim in order to get the shirts replaced as well.

 

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

• If a product is damaged or was faulty upon delivery - we offer 100% refund or exchange.
• Timing: we have a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy that begins on the day the item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase. All preorders and sale items are final sale.
• For returns, please email support@blackfathersexist.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• We will provide you with instructions on where to send returned goods. We strongly encourage you to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost package" situations.
• When returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email, notifying you about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.

Need a different size:

• We recommend before placing your order, that you thoroughly check that each item in the cart has the correct size selected before completing the purchase.
• For any reason an item needs to be exchanged for another size, we ask for an order number, a picture of the delivered item, and the size that you need. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
•  Starting from the day the item was delivered, we allow up to 5 days to exchange items for the correct size. Any request that extend the 5-Day period, we will be unable to fulfill.
